How Do We Know What The Total Cost Is When Completed?

You can be confident in the final price for your home before you even obtain a loan or construction begins. We’ll keep track of any changes along this process and make sure they are reflected accurately when it’s time to sell, so there won’t ever be an unpleasant surprise like not knowing how much something costs until after we have completed work!

Can We Make Changes While Its Being Constructed?

Changes are part of the process and they can be allowed, but there is a cost associated with them. We’ll let you know when changes will incur an additional fee and not require any change orders during construction start-to keep things simple!

What Kind Of Financing Is Required When Constructing Our Home?

We work with a number of lenders to offer you the best options for your custom lot. If construction/per loan is required, we’ve got it covered!
